With all the buzz about social media and customer service, there are still only a few good examples of companies that are successfully leveraging the power of the medium to drive business and service customers. I've been doing a lot with social media over the past several years, and am encouraged with the tools and support options that are becoming available to aid customer service professionals in navigating these waters.
