Dear all,
I often hear of exciting conferences in the customer experience/care/orientation field and think, "Hey, I'd like to attend." The problem is - I always hear too late! Working in theater and comedy, I always need to plan trips months in advance to avoid clashing with gigs, so six weeks notice of a conference won't cut it.
Do any of you have a long-term view of upcoming conferences worldwide (maybe a website)?
Do any of you have special recommendations or experiences of "must see" meetings?
